Shravan Account and Data Deletion
This page explains how Shravan users can request deletion of account data and what data is removed or retained.
How to request deletion
Send a deletion request from your registered account email to:
owner@shravan.guru
Include your registered email ID and phone number in the request so we can verify ownership.
What gets deleted
- Customer account profile
- Parent profiles created under that account
- In-app care summaries and activity records linked to that account
- Test call request logs linked to that account
Data retention policy
- Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days after verification.
- Operational security logs may be retained for up to 90 days for fraud and abuse prevention.
- No deleted customer profile data is used for advertising.
