Shravan is a family-care service that helps families arrange AI voice check-ins for parents and view private care updates. We handle personal information with consent, care, and a family-first privacy approach.
Information We Collect
We may collect account details, parent profile details, phone numbers, preferred language, care timing preferences, call summaries, app usage information, and support messages. If you use voice features, the app may request microphone access so you can speak with Shravan's voice assistant.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage family accounts, schedule and place care calls, generate in-app care reports, provide customer support, improve reliability, prevent misuse, and comply with legal or platform requirements.
Voice And Microphone Access
Microphone permission is used only when a user starts an in-app voice assistant experience. Shravan does not use microphone access in the background. Voice conversations may be processed by our voice technology provider to provide the requested assistant experience.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with trusted service providers who help us operate hosting, authentication, voice calling, analytics, and support, only as needed to provide Shravan.
Security And Retention
We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards to protect account and care data. We keep information only as long as needed for service, safety, legal, and operational purposes.
Your Choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your family account information by contacting us. You can also control microphone permission from your Android device settings.
